This blog will serve as a medium to update, explain and gain access to the tools, features (new and old) etc. of Locally Located.com.

 

This first post will be a broad stroke covering a few of the larger applications of the site...

Locally Located.com will be launching in early January 2009.

We will be focusing on the Jersey City and Hoboken real estate markets (condos, rentals, commercial etc.) initially. However everyone is welcome to use the site for all their real estate needs as we plan to be expanding throughout Hudson and Bergen Counties here in New Jersey and beyond in the near future.

 

Locally Located.com is comprised of a team of real estate sales and marketing professionals. We have extensive experience in all facets of real estate and have been nominated and won numerous awards from different real estate bodies regionally and nationally.

When we formed Locally Located.com our intention was to provide an all encompassing marketing vehicle where individuals, businesses (big and small) could effectively market and sell their condos, rentals, land, retail space etc, for the lowest cost possible while delivering measurable results.

We at the Locally Located team also wanted to find a sounding board for people to conduct business, ask questions, get answers, and inform the local community about the latest real estate happenings.

In order to best facilitate these ideas we created a online social haven in the form of blogs, forums, and "Talk to a Local". Blogs and forums have firmly rooted their place in American real estate culture. "Talk to a Local" is a question and answer platform to post a question about Jersey City or Hoboken and receive a quick response from a local in the know. We will get into more detail on all three at a later date.
