It's looking like April for the opening. The link from the article is below...

Sorry, don't know the prices, but I'm sure it won't be cheap.

Whether it's cheap or not I bet it's gonna be gorg!

Yeah... I am very excited for this opening!

I seriously need a new after work meeting place.

In short it's open, they opened just over a week ago.

There are 225 hotel rooms, 40 condos and there will be a "Large Party"
at the end of April. Rooms start around $189 a night and up.

Has anyone actually been, I've been meaning to, but have been to busy lately?

The wife just went to the Bliss Spa for a rub, facial and mani/pedi. She said it is comparable if not nicer than most Bliss locations in NYC.

Wasn't Jamie Fox at the opening?

Doesn't he know this is Sinatra's town?

Given the obvious, that I am to lazy to do things on my own, are they sold out yet?

I heard about the cancellations and price decreases so I'm wondering if that was enough to promote the final sales?

No, there are still homes available.

There were cancellations there, just like most buildings which were at sale at the time they opened. The W also opened at very high prices, the current price homes sell for is more attractive than it once was.
