This is insane. How can they just not accept smokers? What are they running smokings tests when the application is being signed.

I think it's an awesome idea. Smokers are gross and I don't want to be around them. Smoking causes health problems not just for those who smoke but for everyone around them.

What if someone becomes a smoker after they become a resident?

Is this an evictable offense? This is the first I have heard of a new construction building actually using the non smoker angle for marketing purposes.
